My daughter currently attends Wisconsin Lutheran. I have to say I never quite liked the school for her or my sons. I don t think this school is a good fit for kids who need a little more support to excel. Not every child can self-motivate. As much as they may have the ability to succeed, some students need a little more push from parent and teachers (school administration) to ultimately do so. In Wisco, this type of child falls by the waste side. They are discounted and often times removed from the school due to mediocre grades. There doesn t seem to be any effort on the part of the staff to motivate and support this type of student. It is my opinion that a truly good school brings out the good in their students. A student willing and able to succeed without any support will succeed anywhere. But a student with the ability to succeed but lacking motivation will only succeed at a good school. I don t know how you can say your school is good when it doesn t motivate ALL students to succeed but simply removes the kids that need more motivation to ensure the school is rated of a good school. Ratings like this are fraudulent at best.
This school is a huge waste of money for $6000. The school is, everything is out dated. The lunchroom is maybe enough to fit 20 people. There is no janitor and if there was a mess he would just put a trash can over it. One of the teachers would always say you're missing your homework when you can see it. The teachers would fight you over laptops. They would make you set up for your own graduation come on really? You could also get suspended for throwing a grape at a friend and also a detention for going to the offices. Also they don't give you a diploma they give you a piece of paper with your name on it, and the lunches are straight up terrible. The teachers would never teach you anything or hardly even be in class. To make things worse its in the ghetto of Racine. on day in fourth grade I found a bullet in the playground.
