We have been thoroughly blessed by OCS for over six years now. As parents we recognize we only have a small time frame to instill God's Word into the hearts and minds of our two children. We're happy that the Bible permeates their classes so they can learn to live as Christians in a decidedly non-Christian world. This comes about from learning about God in all classes. OCS does their very best from top to bottom to accomplish this - along with very dedicated parents to come along side the faculty. OCS has been worth every penny!

OCS is a very good school. The staff has tremendous devotion and care for the students. The communication is excellent, and our child does well academically. However, there is room for improvement. The building, supplies and outdoor equipment are old, severely lacking and often in need of attention. There are almost no extracurricular activities. The tuition structure also discriminates against one student families. This favors upper middle class families. If one student, the tuition is full price (almost $3400) and a full building fee (over $500). More than one student gets a discount per child and only pays one building fee. The text books should focus more on academics rather than trying to blend Bob Jone's Christianity into math and social studies. I am Christian, but Bible should be in Bible class, not math or science class. Overall great school, but too costly and time to upgrade the facilities.
