My son was recently diagnosed with Dyslexia and our school has been extremely supportive. He has worked with reading interventionist since his 1st grade year. Now that he has received an official Dyslexia diagnosis in 2nd grade, we are also adding 60 minutes of Special Education per day related to his reading difficulties (in addition to the reading interventionist). We just had has IEP meeting and the team members plan to support our son by offering testing accommodations (i.e. questions will be read to him, oral testing, not having him read aloud in class, testing will occur in a small group setting, etc.). The Special Education teacher is also investigating after-school tutors that we may utilize to assist him further in this journey. We are thus far happy with the proactive assistance we have received from our school! Better yet, our son is happy and is slowly making progress!

I really can't tell you how much we love our school! We are recent transplants from Chicago and our children have never had exposure to a quality education like that we have experienced at ESAA (and are children all attended private schools). My husband and I have four children currently enrolled at ESAA. We love the seamlessly integrated approach to the arts. Throughout the week, our children participate in drama, dance, music and art in addition to their regular studies. ESAA is also a project-based learning environment. With this approach, students not only understand content more deeply but also learn how to take responsibility and build confidence, solve problems, work collaboratively, communicate ideas, and be creative innovators. Wonderful, wonderful school!

ESAA is an exciting environment for children to develop in a culture of thinking. The arts and multiple intelligence approaches are used to bring students to their greatest potential. It is a great place to work!

ESAA is an excellent school with an integrated arts philosophy. The teachers work together well and adhere to a whole child approach. I have been thrilled to have my children enrolled in this school!
