Slinger Middle School

Slinger is an wonderful school! I love it soooo much no matter what! I went there for 2 years and I think they have a good education system

I also think Slinger Middle School is a terrible place. I'm currently in eighth grade at Slinger, and the way they treat we who stray from social norms is appaulling [sic]. The new principal is fantastic, but the former principal and the vice-principal are terrible at handling students, and are much too harsh. The students are also taught through teachings that they are better than other people because of where they live. I have lived in other districts in the past, and I always thought they were welcoming and encouraging place, which were in the MPS or the West Allis/West Milwaukee school districts. A terrible place to be as a child, to say the least.

The Slinger Middle School is horrible. They are overrated. Also if you have a child you struggles with a subject good luck at getting any help for this child. They basically get pushed aside so that the school can uphold their high standards.

I have found Slinger Schools to be supported by highly qualified teachers and students with great potential. Programs sponsored by the system provide exceptional opportunities for the students.

The parent access system is an unbelievable asset to parents and teachers. You are able to stay up on you children's grades and assignments online. Email response from teachers is outstanding. They expect your child to try their hardest. It is not a place for a lazy student.

I was a student at Slinger for all three years and recently transferred to a different school because of job relocation. This school is excellent and has great academic as well as athletic possibilities. I found when I moved that I was very far ahead of my new classmates. I highly recommend this school for seeking parents.
