Our family moved 500 + miles away from home, to be able to farm in Wisconsin. First,we visited many, many schools, deciding Flambeau met our children's educational criteria best. After deciding on the school, we went looking for a farm in the Flambeau school district to buy. I have not been disappointed with this choice in the 9 years we have lived here. Our children are in all levels of the school, elementary, Jr High, and Sr High. Class's have excellent student/teacher ratio. My Ele. children have had an average class size of 16 students per classroom/teacher. Extra curricular opportunities are a wide variety of interesting groups. Class trips and field trips for all students are interesting, and educational. Excellent summer school enrichment program for Elementary Students. Staff all have a vested interest in our youth. We may be small, but we are mighty! Go Flambeau Falcons!
