My Daughter goes to Webster, She is moving on to First Grade after this week finishes, She loves it there. I personally love it myself. She had an awesome teacher this year she learned more than we expected her to and she is already looking forward to another year of school. I have been on the playground always at least 3 adults out there at all times and I never seen 100 kids in one area at the same time on the playground. I have not spent much time talking to the principle, but he was a grade behind me in school and I know he has always been a pretty class act. Can't find anything bad to say about him. The school might be a bit crowded, when I attended Webster the classes were avg 25-30 kids. If one fault can be found it is the Parking after school!

First off I would like to say that giving Skittles as a reward for GOOD behavior is a good thing. For all the students that do there work, behave and listen need to be rewarded for there GOOD behavior. Awarding the childern with Skittles also helps the teacher. The teacher is able see which students need more work on listening, behaving and it lets the teacher know which students need more help then others. No one can blame the school for having so many students per teacher. Society is growing there are more and more students every year. Besides the probably have a budget for staff they have to work with. Plus Webster has a LOT of volunteer's that help out in the class everyday like the parents. So maybe some of you out there should have been more involed. WEBSTER IS A GREAT SCHOOL!

I only sent my child to one year of kindergarten there before I decided to homeschool. I felt the practices there were inappropriate and damaging to my child. For example, I don't think it's appropriate to give Skittles as a reward for lack of negative behavior. Kindergarten was basically a repeat of pre-school with penmanship added. One adult to 100+ kindergarteners out on the play ground at recess is unacceptable. I was really surprised that the principal didn't care to ask why I took my child out of that school. A principal who wants to improve things might ask me why so she could improve the school in the future.

Overall the school is pretty good, but has a few problems that should be addressed: I would like to see smaller class sizes. I don't think the mathematics program is sufficient. There seems to be a problem with lice.
