This school was wonderful with helping my son adjust when switching schools mid-year. The staff has been friendly and helpful. There is a great, free afterschool program that he loves, good teacher to student ratio and 2 computer labs. For a small town school, they are doing a great job and have done as well or better than the Montessori school he used to attend in a much bigger metropolitan area. It is still a small school and won't have everything available in a large school, but they do well with what they have, considering the poor county they are located in.

Webster Elementary is doing a great job with everything they're able to do for my daughter who was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer. I appreciate it all, thank you for working so hard to help her with school work and activities!

This school diagnosed my son with ADHD. He was put on Ritalin, then he had a Pshychotic reaction. I took him to the doctor and the doctor said he did not have ADHD so I took him off the drug. This school continually tried to get me to put him back on Ritalin, which I refused. Watch out if your child has trouble with learning. This school promotes and pushes to have their students on drugs!

In 2013-2014 Wisconsin used the Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS), which includes the WKCE and WAA, to test students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 in math and reading, and in grades 4, 8 and 10 in language arts, science and social studies. The WSAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Wisconsin. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level. In private schools, only voucher program participants are tested.
GreatSchools' ratings currently reflect 2012-13 testing data.



Beginning in the 2012-2013 school year, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction implemented new definitions of what it means to be proficient on the WSAS test. As a result of these changes, proficiency scores for Wisconsin schools are lower than they were in previous years.
