My daughter attended Washington Elementary and love, love, loved her great school. She is currently an honors student in another school district, spending part of her day at high school while attending middle school. The teachers and staff at Washington helped prepare her socially and academically for what I hope will continue to be a very bright future. We were so fortunate to have such a great school so close to our home.
I feel very fortunate that we ended up in the Washington School District. We have had children at Washington for over 9 years, and the teachers are very caring teachers and put the children first. They do many hands-on activities. Many special family 'outside of school' events are held. The principal is very caring and loves her students. It is a beautiful school that has just recently been redone and a huge addition placed. The parents are very active and supportive and staff encourages parent participation. I would not want my children to attend any other elemenatry school in Whitewater.
