There were a lot of technical problems with the state testing last year, 2009-2010. If the rating is based on those tests, it may not be too accurate. I feel this is a good school. The principal is great with kids and deals with problems efficiently. My only issue was with second grade teachers. I didn't feel they were as personable as kindergarten and first grade teachers. I know kids don't need to be babied, but a little love would be nice. Other than that, I feel they have a great education system going.
