I go to Frontier. When I walk down the halls, I am constantly in fear. I know a few nice people but only like 3. As far as I'm concerned, just about everyone who goes there cusses. All I sometimes hear is BEEP... BEEP... BEEP... BEEP... BEEP, and it is really annoying. I have asked some to stop, but most of them won't shut up. This school is one of the worst schools in the state and possibly the country.

I am a former student from Frontier Middle School. I believe that the laptop idea wasn't very smart. It was a huge distraction to all of the students and grades sank quickly.

We're convinced this was the right choice for our boys. Both have made honor roll 6 out of 7 reporting periods and I am constantly impressed by the modern thinking of the teachers and principal. They use the latest studies on how to improve student performance to help their students progress. Smart!

I am so thankful that I placed my child at this school. He was labeled as a 'slow' learner by the elementary school and learns more with a hand on approach. He has blossomed in the 4 months here. Scores are low but are improving! Thanks to Frontier for providing a learning environment for children who learn by doing themselves.

My son went to the school for 2 years. I always had some doubts but when he went on the high school, we all realized how little he had learned. Then in the summer, we received the state test results, it showed a drop in test scores. It almost seemed that the teachers thought that handing a student a computer it would make them smarter. Another clue was the drastic drop in student population each year. 30 % year after year.
