Rock River is an excellent choice when considering small class size, excellent extra-cirricular activities (student council, volleyball, basketball, tracka nd cross country), caring role models and K-12 interaction. It is my experience that the older students really look out for the younger students making the older students responsible and the younger feel included. Teachers go above and beyond when offering after school tutoring, summer school and special programs to help parents be involved in education. Although it is rural, Rock River offers a fantastic string program for grades 5 and up as well as music 2-3 times a week! Art is offered for an hour a week, and P.E. is offered everyday! There is at least 3 to 4 computers in every classroom and students are encouraged to use technology often! My son loves school and can't wait to go back every day. This school is what education should
