Shoshoni Elementary has always been based on low student:teacher ratios with highly qualified teachers who stayed for multiple years. Under the current school board and superintendent the ratios have increased to the point of crowded classes and a ever-revolving door of staff. There is not a lasting relationship or communication to encourage parent involvement. For the 2014/2015 this will be the fourth elementary principal in four years. To make matters worse the school board turns a deaf ear to parent concerns.
