Amid the COVID-19 era we are learning a lot from our users

As schools closed and most turned to online learning, parents became more engaged in their child’s learning than ever before. We surveyed our users to understand their needs, concerns and priorities during this pandemic. Parents are looking for academic learning materials. They want printed materials. And the majority of the families coming to GreatSchools to look for support are low-income.
