T.H.S is a good school to attend. They have a broad variety of academic programs in the core subjects as well as the electives that are offered. Most members of the faculty take pride in teaching and wanting each student to be a success. Though the extracurricular activities are limited, the students work hard at each event. The level of parent involvement helps T.H.S. to excel. The parents work hard to ensure that the school is supported in whatever ways are needed to make their child's education a positive step into the future.

I attend Tallassee High School and used to be very involved in the choir program. I sincerely wish that our school had drama, art, French, Latin, or anything remotely interesting and not just choir, band, and p.e. as electives.

THS is a great high school. It has a fantastic music program, that everyone wants to be involved in. They also have a wide range of extracurricular activities, such as clubs and sports. Most parents love to get involved and volunteer wherever needed. THS is a all-around great school with experienced staff.

This is a great school I would tell just about anybody to attend Tallassee High School. The parents like to help out when they can. They come to their kids choir and band concerts. When we have our spring show we have a great crowd every year. We are so glad that people are so involved at Tallassee High.

Tallassee High School has an outstanding music department headed by Jerry Cunningham. Their band program is also excellent. However there Advanced diploma program is a joke. There is basically no difference work for a student taking an advanced class versus the general class. Their is also no difference in the tests for these classes.

THS is a great place, but it could use better teachers. Some are fantastic but others are not so bright. The offer an outstanding music program.
