We love attending CCA for so many reasons including the small classes, the caring teachers, and the fact that it is not just a Christian Academy in name only but truly in practice! What an opportunity the kids have each Friday to celebrate the word of God together in Chapel. We started in pre-school and are exciting have an an 8th grader graduating this year with a 6th grader soon to follow. Thanks to all the teachers for making this their mission and calling.

My favorite thing about this school is the love of God is taught here. The teachers and staff model this in their daily interactions with students. I am so thankful there is a school out there that prays for, lovingly cares for and diligently teaches students. Such a blessing to have my children attend CCA! There is a reason CCA was voted "Best of Chandler 2014: Private School" by the East Valley Tribune.

This is an amazing school with a wonderful new campus. A great option for families in the Chandler area. The staff operates with a level of excellence and love that sets the tone for the school.

We came to CCA when my daughter was in First grade, and it has been a life changer for her. Not only is she challenged academically, but she is being taught with a biblical perspective. The teachers have been instrumental in my daughter's growth, and we love the family atmosphere. CCA moved this year to a beautiful new campus, it has been amazing to see how God is working in and through this school. My daughter loves to go to school here, she is excited to learn which is something we did not have before coming to CCA. We love it here and plan to stay here, Lord willing, until our daughter graduates 8th grade.

This is school has fall off from very good to mediocre. With great sadness we have left, the academics are not challenging, the continue bully issues that are not being address and the gossiping from the managment office has finally go to the last drop. Unfortunately in CCA if you are not a big supporter ($$$) your concerns are not taking into consideration. This is true specially if the bullies are the children of the people that have more influence in the school

My two older children attended the preschool. Last year my daughter was in the KinderBridge because of her age she went from Beginners to KinderBridge. The teacher was attentive to the different levels of learning. This year she is in a public school kindergarten and she is doing very well. I believe this is due to the KinderBridge program at CCA. Mrs. Scholten,Mrs. Larson and Mrs. Godinez are the best!

Leading is always challenging. I know the Administrator, although not perfect, loves and cares about all the students and families in the school. As much as she would like to please everyone, this broken and fallen world makes this impossible. The July 25, 2012 post from a former parent is an example of this. One opinion pulls the school from 5 star to 4 star. I admit to bias as the administrator is my spouse!

This school focuses not only on academic excellence, but building a spiritual foundation for our children. They teach directly from the Bible and are molding these students to be a strong follower of Christ. The teachers are excellent and the students receive an education that far exceeds any other.

For whatever reason, my post keep coming up missing. It is obvious that someone does not want my opinion to be known regarding the administrator of this school. As I have said in previous post, the teachers at this school are great. They truly love and care for the kids. I can not say the same about the administrator. The administrator wrongly accused my child during a situation that involved other students. My child is the only one that was punished. Just because someone has over 30 years experience in education does not mean they have the knowledge to be an administrator of a school. With that said, this site is for parents to voice their opinions regarding a school and that is what I am doing.

I found most schools run as a business and are failing or have already failed and closed. CCS I ve learned is a ministry of a church located on the same campus that financially backs CCS which provides stability. All Christian schools provide excellent religious teaching but I find comfort in a ministry because it s not run as a business regardless if its nonprofit or not. Although the campus is small, I can find nothing to criticize. If I were to break down my grading, I d give CCS stability an A, Academics an A, Teacher to student ratio an A+, Christian environment an A+, Campus a B-. I give a B- because the campus is old but still well kept. If you take the time to study all schools in detail as I have, you may find CCS to be on top of a short list of excellent Christian elementary schools.

We are so blessed to have Chandler Christian School (CCS). My children attended CCS for pre-K and we left to go to a public school for 2 years. We came back due to the high academics and Christian values CCS represents. We have never looked back. The teacher to student ratio is low, and each class also has an aide. Both of my children are thriving spiritually and academically. We are so fortunate to have such a high caliber of teachers and a dedicated, faithful administrator. If you are looking for a high standards in learning and character for your children, and a close-knit atmosphere for your family - CCS is the school for you.

My eldest son has attended CCS since pre-k and will now being going into second. His younger brother is also finishing his pre-k year. CCS is more to me than my children's school, it's an extension of our family. The entire school is so hands on in growing your kids scholastically and spiritually! My kids and I are so blessed to be a part of this special place.

We researched public, charter and private schools for a 4 year old. CCS offered a Pre-Kindergarten program that preschools didn't. Available are before/after school care, summer programs and computer classes. Classrooms are full size with lower student to teacher ratio. CCS is a ministry of the adjoining church (CFN). Independent private schools has the potential of failing because it is a business. In comparison, a lot of CFN members are CCS alumnus or CCS founders. That reflects the church's commitment to it's success. My eldest went to public schools in Chandler and it is apparent that parents segregate themselves in to status quo which the child mimics. This is noticeably absent at CCS. I recommend every parent research schools for their children thoroughly and whether you are a Christian or not, you'll find CCS has the best blend of atmosphere, academics, socialization and equally important to me, morals.

We feel that our family has been so blessed having CCS in our lives. My daughter started preschool there last year, she loved it and thrived on all that CCS offered. Seeing her blossom so much, our son will be starting CCS this Fall in there 3rd grade program. We feel that he will excel beyond belief and define his personality even more in a private school rather than be a number of a bigger public elementary.

My wife and I our extremely pleased with Chandler Chrisitian School. Our son is currently in 2nd grade and his progress in academics as well as social is second to none. The Christian values that are taught reinforce our own family values being taught at home. Current staff and administration are dedicated to providing high quality education and a caring nurturing environment. We highly recommend CCS.

This school is absoutely exceptional. Mrs. Marie Wilson is an absoutely amazing adminstrator. She has completely turned this school around for the better. She is a very Godly woman who cares about the children, and teaching them about the Lord. The teachers are all incredible in their fields. Public schools would Beg for some of these teachers. Two of my children have gone to this school and graduated. Both of them went to high school being academically above what was expected of them. Even though my children no longer attend CCS, I will continue to support them as long as I live. I thank CCS for the spiritual and academic foundation they have.

We have had our children at Chandler Christian School for over 9 years. It has been a wonderful place for our children to grow both spiritually and academically. The staff has constantly demonstrated Godly character traits, setting wonderful examples for our children. We unfortunatly are being transfered to another state and we will miss this school tremendously. If you are looking for a small, caring community that offers all the extra-curricular such as music, P.E., computers, Spanish...CCS is the place.

CCS has been a wonderful experience for my kids. The small, intimate environment is a great community for my kids to learn and grow. My daughters have experienced no catty behavior (as young girls are prone to do) and that alone is worth every penny! They do have music, PE, computers, Spanish, and art is offered, informally, at each indivual teacher's discretion. An important feature for me - no uniforms. As a Christian parent, in a non-Christian world, for me, it is important to teach kids the value in making Godly decisions when given seemingly ungodly choices. Something as basic as guiding clothing choices is part of parenting. It's also a reflection of the CCS's focus and desire to maintain strong educational standards in the light of God's word. Also - Now that Mrs. Wilson is back - it's better than ever!

Chandler Christian is a wonderful environment for children. The atmosphere is warm, caring, and respectful. The emphasis on God and His word is seen throughout the curriculum, leadership, and staff. I have had three children attend this school and would highly recommend it. There is a high level of parental involvement throughout the classrooms and the school as a whole. The academic goals are higher than most.

The unfavorable reviews of Chandler Christian school are incorrect. They seem to written by one person, who has issues. Our current Administrator is great. She was recruited to return to CCS, after the school struggled for several years, and her return has brought the standards back up to what they have been in the past. The Teachers, Staff and Parents are happy Mrs. Wilson came back. If you are looking for an outstanding Christain education, then CCS is the school for you. We have awesome Teachers! We have PE, Music, Computers, and Spanish all taught by experienced, Christain Teachers. The Preschool is great, and has super teachers. I can not speak to Extended care, as I rearely use it, but it seems satisfactory. Our PTF is active, and has community outreach events. Our small school has a homey, joyful feel to it, and we are loving it. Come & see.

Our children have been attending Chandler Christian School, CCS, for several years. We continue to be impressed with our children's spiritual and academic growth, as well as the schools growth! Each child is encouraged to do their personal best by every teacher. The teachers are highly dedicated and work hard to bring out the best in each child. The principal is kind and knows each child by name. She is a great example of a leader. As the school continues to grow I am confident that all the programs within the school will be closer and closer to the excellent standards we expect and they continue to deliver. Our family is truly blessed to be a part of the CCS Family. I encourage anyone who is considering this school for their children to meet with the administrator and teachers you'll be pleased that you did!

This little Christian school is old but quaint. What matters more is the staff who teach with such a nuturing style. My two children have attended CCS for 4 years and I am so proud of thier growth and the growth of the school. I am anxious to see what the next few years will bring with a strong leader like Mrs. Wilson, Mrs. Fornek and the PTF Board this school is sure to succeed! I belive all the high rating in December is comming from Chandler christian school staffs and not truley from parents. The class room size is between 2 to 8 kids max. I would not belive what the staff members say about this school. I suggest to check it out for yourself to see the truth. My neighbor had 2 kids and myself 3 kids and we moved our kids from this school to another cristian schools in the same are.

My two children attended Chandler Christian School when they were younger. It was the best environment for them both academcially and spiritually. The teachers were challenging yet nuturing. The school's leadership is set on making decisions that benefit the whole student body. The building does need some work, but the atmosphere and standards of the school are wonderful.

My friend and I have our daughters in chandler Christian school for several years. We have decided to move our daughters to another Christian school. We are not satisfied with the new administrator and the changes she has made. The curriculum has changed and gone below our expectation. The kids have no homework. The after school program is not structured. The kids are running around and left alone without any supervision.

Our daughter has been going to Chandler Christian School since age 3 and now she is 14. What a wonderful experience. the teachers, staff and Mrs. Wilson are incredible and caring of all the students, and are excellent christian role models. I couldnt have wished for a better experience, and will always cherish the christian education that our daughter received. I have two children who have attended Chandler Christian School(CCS)for four years. I picked CCS because I desired quality academics as well as teachers/staff who would serve as spiritual role models for my children. I have been extremely satisfied! Since the day I set foot on campus, I have felt like a member of the family. Our new administrator, Mrs. Wilson, is doing an excellent job and I believe CCS has a great future ahead! I recommend CCS to any one seriously looking for quality Christian education.

CCS offers a quality Christian education. The staff is loving and nurturing. Their love for the Lord is evident in all they do. The academic standards are high, and a variety of 'specials' classes are offered. The campus is very secure and the school has an excellent repore with the Chandler Police Department and sponsor an Adopt A Cop program in which the students pray regularily for the officers. We have an active Parent Teacher Fellowship. CCS is ACSI affiliated and the CCS preschool is ACSI accredited. In my opinion, CCS is the best quality Christian school with reasonable tuition in the area.

We relocated from CA and wanted a Quality Christian School for our First Grade Daughter. We found it here! We loved the Christian Environment and smaller class size of 16-20 students. Her teacher was truely talented with a musical gift from God. She is now the Music teacher and the kids LOVE her. This is our second year at CCS and my daughter is THRIVING there. Led by the Lord, the new principal, Mrs. Wilson, has true vision. We look forward to her leadership to help grow this school to it's full potential.

A recent change in principals has led to a severe downfall in the school. Good quality teachers as well as good students have been leaving this school in greater numbers. The principal does not make an effort to listen to teachers and parents with an open mind. For a Christian school, I would expect the principal to govern in a manner consistent with Christian teachings, namely compassion and forgiveness. The principal does not exhibit either of these traits when dealing with parents or students. I would highly recommend that parents not place their children in this school. There are other Christian schools in the east valley that have far superior administrators and programs compared with Chandler Christian.

My twin girls and son have been going to Chandler Christian School for several years. This year we are very unhappy with the education level (since most of the teacher left the school as soon as the new administrator Mrs. Marie Wilson was hired). We are very disappointed with Mrs. Marie Wilson. The tuition is very high and the new administrator is very unprofessional and she has no leadership capability. One of the teachers asks for shoulder robs from the students. Mrs. Marie Wilson does not have Jesus in her heart and soul and she is never available to talk to parents when it is needed.

Good christian school in transition. Will either grow and become a great school or will fold under the weight of a reluctant school board unwilling to spend the necessary money to upgrade facilities and change programs. Fabulous kindergarten - - 1/2 day only - - Great reading and bible curriculum. Math curriculum as it currently exists is weak. Needs stronger pastoral involvement and facilities improvements. My child had good experience there but private school is expensive.
