Kyrene de las Brisas cares about the whole child. They ensure there are activities and programs to enhance your child academically, socially and physically. I heard horror stories from other parents about dealing with their kids schools and teachers and have been nothing but impressed by the staff at Kyrene de las Brisas. A key element that brought me to this conclusion was the amount of school spirit each kid feels from Kindergarten up. My son was singing the school anthem the first week he came home. Now in first grade the spirit continues.

Excelling in academics as well as extra curricular programs. Safe and welcoming. Can't imagine having my children attend any where else. True community experience through and through!

My daughter joined Las Brisas last year and I am extremely pleased with the staff, administration, and students. Staff very accomodating to different learning styles and stays on top of learning issues. I'm never surprised with where she is at because communication with teachers is excellent.

We love Brisa's. I can't say enough good about the school. We have been very happy with all the teachers and the staff. Parent involvement is very high. The extra activities that are offered are some of the best. We love the drama program, mallet masters, and so many of the class led activities such as the 50's dance, Pumpkin Walk, Carnival and Multicultural night are excellent.

I have been at this school for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. My children are doing very well. The preschool program is wonderful, love that my children get art, principal, music, computer lab, and library time. Every teacher and every staff member is always so willing to help each child, it is truly a community and we love it. The events are so much fun; carnival, sock hop, there is something every month. The principal, is wonderful...so positive, so nice and really knows what the children and classrooms need. Love the school, love the school district, love living in the neighborhood!

Brisas is an excellent school. The faculty, administration, students and parents are truly a community. The school has a new prinicpal this year and the transition was seemless. Students are given many opportunities that other elementary schools are not, including a drama program. The school takes extra steps in prevention and have a vested intrest in each child, especially those children struggling to read and write. In addition to the Read Naturally Program the school has a wonderful K-3 program that works with those children that need extra support in the classroom.

This school is incredible in the quality of teachers, facilities, and everything it has to offer. Starting with a wonderful Kindergarten program rich with field trips and applied learning, the educational experience continues on throughout the higher grades. There is a great deal of school pride, parental involvment, and community activities. Every month a different grade sponsors a community event such as an ice cream social, pumpkin walk, carnival, etc. The amount of academic material that my child has learned has astonished me, and the teachers are eager to work with the parents. I am a high school teacher myself, and very critical, but couldn't be happier with this school.
