As a 2006 graduate of Nashville High, I must say that the school has an academic stimulus and testing scores and overall curriculum,as well as an article in the paper mentioning Nashville in the top 5 in state schools academically, not to mention the fact that this school is a great sports school, equal balance and a terrific system that works, what more could you ask for in a school?

I am currently attending Nashville High School and am perfectly happy with the school. From what I can tell it has a much better academic standing than other schools in the area. The courses offered and the curriculum are nothing to blink at for the most part. It has an all together good environment to attend school in.

We moved out of this district so that our son would not have to any of the Nashville schools. I found the focus of the entire town/school to revolve around sports at the detriment of academics. I just would not recommend this school to any parent who wants to focus on academics. I will say that the level of parental involvement is great and that they had a wonderful superintendent who was receptive to parents and their concerns.

I am a graduate of Nashville High and I must say that there is not a better school in the Southwest corner of Arkansas. A challenging and thought-provoking curriculum, excellent disciplinary practices, and more than enough spirit make NHS a great place to recieve an education.
