This is the best elem school in Covina and the Principal Sue Cytryn is by far the best, she shows so much love and kindness to the students and thier parent. This school has some of the best teachers, they are caring and understanding.
My daughter is in second grade at Manzanita and I feel that she is challenged everyday. Her teacher is very involved and goes the extra mile.
Good school, evreyone seemed to be very friendly and alot of the teachers were almost familiar with most of the students wether they were their own students or not. I had 3 children at that school until we moved and none of them wanted to leave they had homework every night except for Fridays unless it was a project the kids were working on. But all in all it was a good school.
