Caring teachers, all staff goes the extra mile with carnivals, spelling bees, Arbor Day etc. Teachers work hand in hand with parents to fund raise to protect programs from necessary budget cuts. Only issue is the administration is a little soft on crime.
They offer programs that are not offered at other local schools. They make learning fun. The staff has a genuine concern for the student s future and help build self esteem and self-reliance.
Cutten takes the time to make learning fun. Involved staff care about every child.
Our school has the most caring teachers and staff. They know each child and are always supporting them. We also have wonderful parent support and a great PTA!
I love how involved the principal is in everyday activities and how she knows every child's name!
I attended Cutten Elementary School awhile back and I'm quite pleased my little sister is getting the best education that one can desire by attending Ridgewood and Cutten. The teachers and staff all treated me with respect and I had a blast there.
Cutten Elementary School provides a very stimulating learning environment and has teachers/staff who really care that the children get the best education they can and do provide. I feel very good about our school and am happy that my kids want to be there every day.
Every child's unique personality and needs are taken into consideration for them to have a well rounded and complete educational experience. Every staff member cares about the kids and it shows. Each child is treated with kindness, dignity and respect. This fosters a very positive learning experience.
For starters... Mr. Pontoni is an incredible Principle. He knows every single kids name and demonstrates how treating a child with dignity and respect results in a school filled with children who respect each other and their teachers. I HIGHLY recommend this school!
Excellent school! Independent school district from Eureka city schools. They have their K-2 separate from their 3-6 at two sites. Lots of interdistrict transfers into this school because of its excellent reputation for caring for each and every child! Truly no child left behind!
