My son has attended the early intervention (pre-K) program for his autism spectrum disorder here for 2 years. He has had excellent help from his teacher and the special education aides and specialists. He has gotten an excellent individual program to meet his needs and is thriving. The staff is great and seem to have endless energy and enthusiasm.
Small community feel, kids first attitude, great leadership by Mrs. Davis. All students feel like part of the school!
Newland school is great. The teachers are very experienced. A lot of parent involvement.
Great parent involvement. Lots of extracurricular activities for the children. The parents definitely help the school and the teachers. The teachers can focus on teaching our children. Would like to see smaller classroom size.
The quality of the academic programs were very good. My son atttended kindegarden through 3rd grade. All his teachers were excellent. All provided exceptional education. There were music and art programs. There is a high level of parent involvement. It is one of the many things that made the school great.
A great school with such a high level of parent involvement, just what every school needs.
This school and it's staff are so dedicated and determined to educate our children. Thank you!
