I have heard a great deal of good things about this preschool and entered my child into the school with great anticipation. Unfortunately, I found myself disappointed with the quality of teaching. The student to teacher ratio is not static throughout the day and sometimes the ratio is as high as 1 teacher to 23 children. This means that some children frequently do not have any quality time with the teacher at all during the day. My child comes home from school telling me that 'she played with herself.'

My son is in the Kindergarden program. I really like the teachers there. They care about the children. The program is also good and children can adopt to their own pace.

Excellent teachers but owners are interested in maximizing profits versus the welfare of the children. Large class sizes at the preschool level. Many excurricular activities that parents can pay extra for. Still, overall a good choice on the basis of the good teachers. Not affiliated with UC Irvine, but a private, for-profit center.

Great school! Excellent director and teachers, great cirriculum and extra-cirriculum, facilities, and teach aids. The kids I know are all very happy to be there and the parents are happy and all very informed about it all.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
