I am pleased with the academic achievements my 2 children have accomplished at this school. Mrs. Castle, Principle, has the respect of my children who take great pride in their grades and citizenship. Ms Fricter, 4th grade teacher is very involved and my daughter while in her 4th grade class truly enjoyed the enthusiasm surrounding the reading of the "Harry Potter" series books and especially hanging out and celebrating the completion of a book with the after school parties. Best kept secret for the valinda community.

This school is one of the best schools I've ever attended! All the teachers/staff members help EVERY single student with every way that they can help.

My children currently attend the school. It is part of a great school district. The teachers are engaged in the classroom, children take pride in completing Homework and with communication with parents. I like the leadership the Principal Ms. Castle has provided to Staff and children really try to impress their Principal. Security and safety are part of daily student activities. Children really enjoy the campus, large green turf and room for all the students to exercise and play. Language and Math are explained to the children with clear understanding and their enjoyment is visible with the achievement awards they proudly display.

This is the elementary i attended when i was younger and it was a school that i looked forward to going too everyday. The teachers were extremely helpful and always volunteered to stay after school if you needed extra help.

I love Baldwin Academy from the Wonderful Teachers and Staff to their Great Ciriculum. I beleive all the Teachers put in 100+ % all the time, which is what our children need and deserve!

I would have to say that Miss Anderson ( Kinder Teacher) is GREAT. Because of her, my daughter has made a great transition from pre-school to full-time regular school. I wish that all teachers could be like her. She is caring, understanding, patient, and most of all, she knows how to talk to the children. Thks again!

A student centered school that puts their needs before anything. They have a saying at the school that says they will accept no excuses when it comes to student achievement. What a great place to have your students go to school.

Baldwin has a great educational staff. I attended Baldwin in 1985, and as a student back then you didn't know how to appreciate what you were being offered. As a parent now, I can see that my son has suceeded thanks to the teacher involvement. Last year their API was increased tremendously. This goes to show that parents and teachers mixed together in a childs education can make a great difference. This year they had extra curricular activies after school. One of them being a Science club that my son really enjoyed. This kinds of programs help students achieve in school, by keeping them busy as oppose to going home and just watching television. I am very proud of the teachers, the staff and Mrs. Wilson, for maintaining Baldiwin as one of the best schools in HLPUSD. Thank you !

This is an exceptional school in which students have the oppurtunity to learn 'hands on'. Not only that but also have the support and confort of fellow students and teachers. I attendend this school some of my chidhood and it was where I met the most amazing teachers and principal.

Most teachers at Baldwin are excellent, specially those from K through 3rd grade, they are very dedicated. The Principal, Ms. Wilson, is on top of everything around the school. There is also a lot of parent involvement and training on how to help the kids at home.

This is a great school! I have never met a more caring principle and teaching staff. For example, Principle Wilson goes to each classroom at least once a week to have direct contact with the students. She gets to know all the kids by name while randomly asking math, science, or spelling questions. The teachers are also excellent. They are teaching children who for the most part have learned or are learning English as a second language. To meet this special challenge parent volunteers are strongly encouraged. And the parent involvement has been very good.
