I am currently a freshman at Laguna Hills High School and so far I am very impressed and glad to be at this school. Most of my teachers are very helpful, intelligent and fun which makes learning easier. I highly applaud the English 1 Honors teacher, Mr. Macare, he has made learning a great experience at Laguna Hills. Most of the other students at Laguna Hills High School are also very friendly. I'm proud to be a Hawk!

As an alumni of Laguna Hills High School I can say with certainty that this school is one of the best in the area. API scores are better than most other schools in the county and the great combination of academics, sports, and extracurriculars make this a top notch school. The AP classes and honors program are difficult, yet, but I feel that they thoroughly prepared me for college. As always, Go Hawks!!!

I attended high school there and it was a great experience. From great teachers to a fun theatre department, Laguna Hills is a great school to graduate from.

Fabulous school to work at: great collaboration, supportive principal, small school atmosphere for students with big school programs and opportunities. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

As an AP student, I am pretty dissatisfied with this school. The AP classes were brutal, and i often found myself in tight situations with 5-7 hours of homework per night. The school also has many cliques - mostly by race. However, I am, for the most part, impressed with the teachers who I have had. Some have been very insightful, intelligent, and analytical.

The academic programs prepared my daughter to easily adjust to UCLA last year, and do well. The school population is small so it is easy for students to participate in many activities. The parents I worked with on a volunteer basis were positive and enthusiastic.

The academic programs are the best around, and the school has a great small school feel which we wanted. Our kids played sports and really enjoyed the experience. Parents in the community are very involved, and we were asked for input on multiple occassions which we thought was great!

I have mixed feeling about this school. Some of the teachers are very dedicated. Most of them though, are very pompous and care very little about the individual students. The parents are not listened to when they have a concern, not even by the administration. The student body is made up of the haves and have nots, and of course the haves rules the school.
