Compared to what is out there for public schools, La Madera is exceptional. It is a very tight-knit, cohesive community that is very involved with one another and the children are very protected and looked after by both the teachers and parents. Bravo, La Madera!
Love this school, PTA, teachers and students are awesome the parents are pretty awesome too. :)
It has a great reputation for quality of education and teachers. It's a real neighborhood school where kids can walk to and from school.
We have some of the best teachers and staff.
La Madera has wonderful teachers and a caring staff. My kids love their school.
I love La Madera because the teachers, parents and students all have ownership in the school and work together to make it a great place to learn!
Hosts a Special Day Class program where GATE students from other elementary schools in the district can come to La Madera and be in an all-GATE class. Also has the best volunteer base I've ever seen!!

La Madera has amazing teachers, PTA and parents that give a lot of support to the kids.
I am a parent in our 8th yea rat La Madera. I was so fortunate to be able to 'School Choice' in this school. I am thankful every day for the opportunities and care the school has provided my family. The staff, teachers, and parents are wonderful. Any concern I have ever had has been addressed immediately and I have always, as well as my kids, been treated with kindness and respect. I love this school and would do anything for it!
