Liberty High School is doing a great school, although small, it has all the big highschool activities. The only thing I wish is that they would build a pool for competition and for the local community. My daughter currently attends Liberty High School as a sophomore and attended as a freshman. She came from a private school, so she was shocked with all the cussing, but now she says she would never leave Liberty unless forced to. I have issues with one particular staff member who can be quite rude in the office. She needs to treat the parents like adults, not like kids. Overall, I'm happy and I think my daughter is having a good highschool experience.
this school was not what i thought it was going to be. it got worse each year i was there.
its a great scholl! not so big but the principles and teachers are awesome! especially Mr. Black!
Both my girls went to Liberty H.S. It's a great school. I think that all the staff is very good at informing parents. With the automated calls that go out. My girls have never had any problems. I feel the rules are better than most schools. It makes me feel good as a Mom that my kids are safe.
this school was a waste of 4 years. the staff is rude and can't even rely on abiding by its own school rules.
i am a senior at liberty high school and from a students perspective, the school is great. Yes, it has a few points that need improvement, but for the most part the staff and students are friendly and welcoming. The learning environment is very safe and we have one heck of a leadership class, in which the activities this year are amazing!! The sports excel greatly (which explains our jump into a different league this year) because the students are passionate about putting as much heart into each game as they possibly can. It's a great school and it deserves more credit than its given :)
I have two kids in this school. A senior boy and a sophomore girl. I am giving the school average marks, but, there are many things that I don't like about this school. Things I like: -Location -Size of student body and campus -The Frosh/Soph counselor (awesome) Things I don't like: -Teachers are sarcastic and rude to students -School rules and guidelines are becoming less focused on learning and more focused on being politically correct and controlling looks rather than conduct -Poor, very poor, special education services -Tutorials are uncoordinated -Saturday school is babysitting and a waste of time
Very good school for general education students. Great campus culture for all. Safe and clean environment. Lacking in services for 'special education' students.
The school provides little for students to do. Besides academics and sports, kids find themselves lost due to there being little offered to them. Although the community nearby is decent and the STAR testing scores are high, there is not much offered
This school is only 5 years old and still in the process of gaining recognition.
