Our three children have attended Howard for the past 4 years. Alice Badorine and Lori Tamberi are excellent teachers! Julie Coan is good, too. Safety and discipline are issues at Howard. There is very poor playground supervision and an awful lot of TV at this school. We are moving our children out of the area in hopes of a better upcoming High School. I feel fortunate that they had a good experience at Howard.
