Maywood Elementary School

i kept my son out of LA uni9fied because i never heard of anything good about it. but i had to trasnfer him from downey to maywood. and this is the best school i could have ever hoped my son could have came to. i wish i would have put him here since 1 st grade. free breakfast and lunches for every student. plus free after school programs that helps with his homework. in downey he had a packet of 6 pages due the next week. now he has about 6 pages a night.. i like that alot. i like the structure of this school and the principal really puts her all into this school i am very pleased with maywood elementary school.

We are very happy and thankful with all the Faculty and Staff for there Excellent Job. The Principal is amazing. She has made it her priority to give the student the best education possible. Thanks again for loving your Jobs.

This school is amazing. The main focus of every teacher on campus is the success of all children. Their Special Education department is incredible, my son loves his teacher and is eager to go school everyday despite his major learning disability. The principal is tough and very 'straight' to the point. Maywood's test scores are the highest in the local district!!!

The teachers are really dedicated in helping the student progress. This is backed by an excellent principal with high standards for her school and especially the students! Education is a priority at Maywood Elementary!
