I feel that the quality of Fishburns academic program is satisfactory, but there is always room for improvement. However, I feel that there are too many meetings being held during the students class time. Every single day after school I ask my son who attends Fishburn what he learned and did at school.And I have heard one to many times that his class was watching a movie because his teacher was at a meeting. I feel meetings should only be held before and after school or during weekends.I also feel that Fishburn lacks in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, dance etc. So far I know of none. I feel Fishburn should encourage parents to volunteer more and maybe even make it madotory to volunteer during or after school with to help out with extracurricular activities as well as with academic programs to help our kids achiever higher standards.
