Strawberry Point Elementary School

We have had an outstanding experience at Strawberry Point! Both my kids have had nothing but outstanding teachers, who inspire the children with a desire to learn and achieve and grow. The diversity of the student population also provides for a rich learning environment - the kids learn from each other as well as from the teachers and staff. And the physical environment is beautiful - the school is situated right on the bay, and has wetlands and a school garden. There is even a naturalist on staff to take advantage of the learning opportunities provided by these features. My kids love going to school every day!

SPS is a terrific school and we are thrilled and feel blessed that our daughter goes there. She is in her 4th year at SPS and we've had great relationships with each teacher so far. A few words to sum up our experiences at the school: Caring Dedicated Trustworthy Personable Intelligent Mentoring Focused And most of all, our daughter loves going there! I can't tell you how much that truly means - have a child enthusiastic about going to school each week day! WOW!

The teachers are excellent! It is evident they love what they do and truly believe each child is a gift. I like to work in the classroom just so I can learn by how they communicate and effectively run the classroom. I use to think I was lucky getting a specific teacher but after this many go arounds, I realize the whole school is like this. The parents and the campus are equally outstanding!
