Absolutely terrible school! We have three children and have moved several times so we have experience with many different schools both in California and Michigan. This is by far the worst school we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff is mean to the students and unreasonably strict to the point of ridiculousness. There is terrible racism from both the staff and the students. You not only have to worry about bullying from the students but even more so from the staff. If you have children PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT move into this school district.

I have three girls going to Repetto. This is a great school, with many caring teachers, sharing their high standards. The teachers are committed to their teaching passions! My salute and gratitude to you all!!! Unnamed Attorney & CPA parent.

One issue that I noticed is that most parent that are late to drop off their kids, don't usually come in along with their child to the office. Those that do, get embarrassed by the staff giving them a hard time about the child being late. Even with natural causes (broken traffic lights that cause a whole line of traffic) the staff rude tone of voice still strike at the parent for being irresponsible. I am referring to one particular staff but the principle never inquire her name so I'm guessing there won't be any changes on their unprofessional behavior. Without checking his tardy record, she bash about it beforehand. If this continues I will just have to contact the Unified School District or anyone that will take my concerns. The court letter comes I will deal with it, but staff needs to know their place in how to inform parents by letter, not rude conversation in the office. We are ADULTS. Parents nowadays don't get intimidated easily. Martin Luther King didn't stand around to be told, he speak up for his belief. Do you questioned who your child have to deal with, everyday at school?

My both children are with this school, so far six years now. I have to say, Ms. Quach has been the best of the all we have worked with. She is strict with the kids, she develops her own teaching method which is easy for the children to understand. By going thru her home assignment, I can tell she put up a lot of effort in it. Now my boys are up graded, we all miss her. Thank you.

For a school with such high rating, it is disappointed to know that staffs/teachers disciplined the students by forcing them to pick up trash. I was told that this was the main discpline method. Doesn't the staffs/teachers know that there are better methods of disciplining the kids?

My daughter currently is in kindergarten at Repetto. She is doing very well in her academics. She loved being in the special art class. Mrs. Young and Principal Mrs. Gaither are very nice and caring. All the kindergarten teachers are very nice. She is looking forward to starting 1st grade.

I love Repetto, and I'm going to miss it when I go to Mark Keppel. The people are great here, especially the teachers. The 8th grade teachers are the best, they definately made our year the most memorable. Thank you ! (=

My son is an 8th grader and is getting sad to leave Repetto. He loves this school. He will miss the teachers and staff. I was worried about him not crossing stage, but his teachers and Mrs. Gather have been checking up on him all the time. The teachers are really supportive, and I am impressed that the principal would take such an interest in his progress. When I was a student, I don't remember ever talking with the principal (for good ro bad reasons). I'm glad she is firm with the kids. They know they cannot get away with anything with her. I know my student will be okay. I hope he gets the same kind of support when he goes to Mark Keppel HS.

Repetto has strong teachers that collaborate with each other, willing and ready to teach children. However, they need parents to foster discipline at home in order for teachers to implement their educational plan.
