The positive about this school is that everyone is friendly. The kids and teachers are nice. Children feel included by the other kids rather than ostracized. The negative is that the academic bar is very low. I think people going to the school don't realize that the academics are sub-par, because they often don't have any other experience with which to compare it. This is a great school for kids who are Adventist and want to stay within the church, or for kids who struggle socially and for whom a nurturing environment is more important than strong academics.
This school is amazingly filled with love and academics
This is a very good school. They have a strong spiritual program and lots of activities for students to be involved with. Teachers are well qualified and all staff seems to be very caring. Only drawback is the lack of a dresscode, which needs improvement. Overall, a great school we would recommend.
Students board here. The campus is older looking, but the classrooms are very modern. Staff is interested in every child's academic future. Lots of activities.
My experience with this school has been positive from the perspective that there is a fine since of community and participation. Academically I don't have anything to compare it to however the kids seem to progress in a positive manner and are college-ready.
well, this school is the best thing that ever happened to our whole family. the classes are well taught and the kids are not overwhelmed with work. there is just enough work but they put a lot of importance on other activities, ewspecially sports, which is good. because we have good sports teams. almost everybody gets along really well, and it is almost like everyone there is family. it feels like home when you are at school there. even if you are new, or are different, everyone is welcoming to you and are tollerent of you and everyone is loved. the principal and teachers really care about the kids and spend a lot of time hanging out with us. the teachers even stay after school twice a week to make sure you finish your homework and to help you. it is a great place to grow closer to God and others.
This seventh day school is a great place to send your kid. Good teachers, a very involed principle, and the kids well their pretty nice. Tjis school share's it problems but its is safer the public and more down to earth then oaks christian, we have a thing called tutoiral which is a time set up for kids to get help from the teacher and it's usally twice a week and it a good itme to get hepl or to just finish home work. So if your intersted in this school you should vist the wbe site.
Only go to this school if you want your children to be taught biased views, intollerance (especially of gays and of other religions), and nothing great academically.
