Plymouth is a close little family of teachers, parents and students alike. Everyone knows everyone and takes care of each other.

We love this school! This is our second year there (6th Grader and 1st Grader-with another starting Kindergarten next year) and it is a wonderful little country school. We went from a much bigger school to this one and feared we would be disappointed, but ended up loving this school even more. LOVE the principle-he also teaches Kindergarten part time and we think this helps him to stay even more in touch with things. He is the BEST PRINCIPLE EVER!-Parents and students love him. The teachers have been outstanding. They care about the kids and have a real desire to teach. We can't stop telling people about how we found the best little country school around...not many like them around.

Academic programs certainly are set by the state; it's the creative teachers who 'give' the students the ability to learn it. Music, Sports and Art are all lacking in their availability and affordability for full participation. NOT the teachers fault. Overall the parents seem to be dropping their children off at the 6 hour babysitters :( and that is reflected by the GPA's of the student body. The parents need to BE involved! Know their students teachers, staff and the campus etc.

Plymouth elem. Has exceptional teachers and staff from the top spot throughout! They certainly do not teach for the rewards of fat paychecks! They are unsung heros/heroins! Our children are so fortunate to live in our small community. Let's rise to the occasion parents! Support our kids, become aware, teach your children the rewards of education, compassion and pride in themselves and their community! Life isn't a cabaret - still, we've got to pay the band, let's make sure they're in tune! Anything positive is infinitely more than nothing! My children will benefit, yours too! A grateful & involved mom of four!

I feel that this school needs a lot of improvement! In all levels of learning. The teachers are rude, and need more schooling!

Our daughter has now finished Plymouth Elementary, and has done very well. There are great teachers here, and the principal knows every child by name, and most of the parents. Very involved little community. For the most part this school is turning out children that will be model citizens, although many will probably not go on to college.
