I went to Bonnyview K-5, and never disliked a minute of it!! The teachers & stff are friendly, they teach you face-to-face, the food was actually good, and they treat you like family!! :D. Unfortunately, I now live in the Cottonwood area, and my sister, cannot enjoy this experience I had :/ I miss Bonnyview & will never forget the cherished moments I made, and still adore!!
I have two children who have been enrolled in Bonny View School since 2009. I can not say enough nice things about the school, the teachers, the staff, and the principal. Both my children love to go to school each day. I know my kids are safe and they are getting the best education possible. My son absolutely loves the afterschool GATE program. They have been on wonderful field trips with that program. We love the principal and the teachers!!!
I love Bonny View elementary.. We have been with Bonny View since 2006 and couldnt be happier.. Our oldest is in 1st grade and our youngest just started Preschool there.. The teachers are wonderful and have a great way of teaching the kids.. The principal is great too. I am involved with Parent Club and love being involved in my childs school !!
Our school is small but we do great things! We have a lower socioeconomic population that is in partnership with all concerned to educate our kids!
My two children have attended here since kindergarten, and I'm very pleased with the school's staff, campus 'security', academic programs, etc. Sure, not every parent is involved, but that can not be mandated by a public school. There are dedicated parents who volunteer here on a regular basis, just like at every other school in the area. My experience with the various teachers there has always been positive. They are friendly and supportive, and show their concern for student success, both academically and socially. Furthermore, the school's smaller size helps to foster a true sense of community.
I have two children enrolled at Bonny View and I have been very pleased with the amount of dedication demonstrated by the faculty. The opportunities to excel are plentiful. If there is an area in need of improvement it would be parental involvement. Of course this is mostly out of the control of the school. The school has a fantastic group of educators that continually pour themselves into their students' success. If you are willing to take your responsibility as a partner in your child's education seriously, then I would highly endorse this school.
Bonny View is a good school. It has many great things to offer families, from the teacher involvment to the after school program.Bonney View cares about thier kids.
For the most part a good school. Good teachers and staff. Not quite sure about the amount of supervision on recess especially on a rainy day schedule. Parent involvement is okay could be a little better.
We have been pleased with the academic improvement at BonnyView...really like the academic intervention program and tutoring offered. We also like that the music program is twice a week, as well as, the art docent program.
This school is very small and un-involved with the students. I think they lack in committed teachers and need more staff employed. I wouldn't recommend enrolling your child/s here.
