I think this school has the potential to be a great school but the lack of parent envolvement really drags it down. The teachers my daughter has come in contact with have been absolutely great in meeting her needs and keeping her challanged. I would really like to attend the PTC meetings but 7 am is a little hard. I beleive they hold the meetings this early so more teachers and parents can attend but it's not working... Please hold an evening meeting at least every other month. I love the afterschool program! In my opinion, this is the highlight of the scool. It's a completely different approach to teaching kids. They receive help with homework, participate in reading competitions, excercise, have dance parties, and just have plain ol' fun! My daughter loves this program!
