I was a former student at Grant and attended from Pre-School thru 5. My last year being 2006-2007 And i had a some of the best teachers that there were. And got great education. I would say that the school has a good academic foundation. But, on behalf of supervision , it's not that great. kids can pretty much get away with anything... more or less. When i went to the school, kids were nice and pretty easy to get along with. I would recommend this school to a kid who doesn't get influenced so easily..or caves to peer pressure.

Grant is an excellent school. They have an afterschool sports program & tutoring for students. The administration is very supportive and has brought on site English, math and Tae-bo classes for parents. We even have morning coffee with the principal once a month and we are offered information that ranges from nutrition for our kids to how to help our children succeed. The community is very embrasive and the environment and staff are very positive. It's definitely a gem in the rough.
