This school has changed my daughters life. She went from a reluctant reader to devouring books. Her teachers dedication to her and all her students is admirable. I also love that the students are held accountable giving them all a sense of self and responsibility. This school is making leaders out of our children. Thank you SDGVA.

I have three children attending SDGVA an I could not be happier!!!!! We transfered into the school mid year, I was so excited to see my kids grow. They are making wonderful friends becoming outgoing and confident in who they are. The teachers have made the transition easy for them. Their tests scores have gone up in some areas to advanced. I am so glad that my kids attend here. It is a warm and friendly place to send your kids.

My daughter has been a student at San Diego Global Vision Academy for the last 2 years, her choice. She is now a 6th grader. The teachers and staff are awesome! They are genuinely concerned about the students well being, physically, mentally, emotionally and educationally. The line of communication with the parents is always open. They keep the parents informed about their child s progress and are always eager to provide any extra assistance. The success of the students is most important. At SDGVA, they are building life long, responsible, service minded learners. My daughter LOVES to read and has a developed a passion for creative writing. She has a strong responsibility for her own actions and encourages others to do the same. We are extremely happy with SDGVA and would recommend it as a school of choice!

If you're looking for teachers who honor your children for who they are and encourage the best of them to shine, SDGVA should defiantly be a school to consider. They are not only big on academics but are there to help create strong and compassionate leaders for our community. We were enrolled at another school when we went to SDGVA to meet the teachers. The first impression my sons teacher made on him,as well as us changed our minds to attend here. My son has grown so much and has such a positive experience her. Teachers make themselves available to students as well as parents. Children are respectful and polite thanks to the family like atmosphere created by these caring and qualified teachers. An added bonus to all this....free (healthy) breakfast, lunch and snack to all!

This school is the best! My daughter came from another charter school. She had fallen from proficient to basic in that school. She came to SDGVA and improved to advanced! I was floored. The teachers are highly dedicated, kind, and committed. They don't allow any bullying or teasing. I am so impressed I'll be keeping my daughter there through middle school.

For smaller class sizes, a family feel and a variety of activities including Tae Kwon Do, I would recommended SDGVA. My daughter attended Kindergarten at SDGVA and flourished in her desire to learn. Because her first school experience has been so positive I am confident that her outlook on school and learning will remain positive. The kinder teacher was very encouraging and treated the children as individuals.

The teachers are all experienced professionals, with advanced credentials, and several years experience. The teachers founded this school and their experience and passion show in way they teach, the pride shown in the campus, and the care they show the students. Academics are emphasized, and students who need extra help, get it. The school's emphasis is on literature and writing, but there are plenty of extras, P.E., Arts, Science and the teachers themselves run the 6 to 6 program, free of charge. There are multiple, affordable options for after-school enrichment, Science Club, Fine Arts, Yoga, Service Learning Club, among others. All students get expert instruction in Tae Kwon Do building both physical fitness, confidence, and coordination. The administration is responsive, and eager for input and ideas. My child has blossomed here, academically and has gained a new confidence. All of the children are respectful, polite, and take pride in their school. Parents are welcome at the school, and volunteers are well-appreciated. I whole-heartedly recommend SDGVA to any parent looking for a safe, supportive school, that expects academic excellence from its charges.
