I have two kids at Neil Armstrong and it's excellent! It is academic challenging, strong PTA, Parent, and Academic Booster support. A National Blue Ribbon School and a California Distinguished School. Be prepared as a parent! You get involved too in their academic excellence... My kinder was doing presentations by the end of school year and they just keep getting harder and need your help as a parent. Mr. Foucart, the Principal, is great!

This is one of the best schools in California academically, how ever it is unfortunate that there screening process is not more in depth for teachers and staff! We dealt with some of the most racist and byest people I've ever met. After transferring my kids out of there school we were shown documents from the school that we were never meant to see where they talked about my kids racially. We were also told my kids should be held back and were behind academically however my kids both got higher test scores then 90% of there classmates. Its sad a few bad apples ruined this school for us.

This is a blue ribbon school with many devoted teachers and assistants as well as many volunteers. Parent involvement is at an above level. Computer class is a very helpful class for all students.

Excellent Blue Ribbon School. New computer lab; multipurpose room; and classrooms. Has science, computer, art programs. Heavy parent involvement in FOCUS alternative program for the district.

The principal and teachers are outstanding. Every program is outstanding. What a wonderful place for a child to learn. The computer lab is run by one of the nicest and hardest working educators I have ever met. The librarians are so helpful the children. The Para educators are outstanding also. All the personnel at Neil Armstrong are supportive of parent participation and very helpful in the all around education of each and every child. I don't think I have ever seen a Science teacher who is respected and loved by every student at Neil Armstrong. The Front office staff are also very supportive and helpful to all involved. If I have left anyone at Neil Armstrong without praise it is only by mistake. Thank you so much for your support in educating and molding our two girls for a wonderful future in education.- Chuck & Desiree Aslinger
