Looking to move within 45 to 60 days and need info!

Looking for elementary schools that we should AVOID as it seems there are many that are good. I have 2nd and 4th graders who have been on the high end of their classes since K. We would like to stay in the Cherry Creek/Douglas School system. Also, if anyone has any opinions on neighborhoods. We are used to .75 acres and don't really want to be somewhere that has less than .5!

We are also looking for good Family Communities in the Denver area and want to know what the better school districts are. We have an incoming 1st grader and a 2 year old, so will probably need a good Pre-School also. We have heard of Westminster, Castle Rock and Cherry Creek. We will be working for the VA Hospital in Denver, so would like to stay within 30 minutes of that if possible. Are Cherry Creek schools better than other areas? Please advise if you can-

Yes! We finally moved to Aurora and have heard MANY awesome things about Coyote Hills Elementary where my 7 and 9 yo will be going. I've also heard Core Knowledge is awesome but it has a two to three year wait so just get on the list. It is located in Parker. If you need anymore advice let me know as we moved into Tallyns Reach and it's about a 30 minute commute for us. I'm from Cali as well. Cerritos area. You?72549
