the school is a great school. i go to this school and the teachers are great. i also really love it because although we get so little homework we learn even more then most schools
Great school. Caring staff under the direction of a principal who has very high standards and manages to be liked by most of the kids too! He has a sense of humor and knows what he's doing. Schedule is rotating and confusing for parents, but kids get it no problem. Small town with limits, but all basics are there. Chorus, band, Spanish, etc. Everything but orchestra. Limited drama (after school club when someone's available to run it..not great past 2 years). Facilities older (open clusters, kinda noisy)but doesn't seem to bother kids. Major renovations in the works, possibly adding 2nd floor and bringing 6th graders over from elementary. Well rounded curriculum and some of the most caring staff you'll ever find. Safe environment. We move a lot and this middle school has far exceeded my expectations. If you're nervous about your child going to middle school, send them here.
