Parents with spec ed students do your homework. Delaware schools are by far the worst with limited resources and they love to dance around the issues. Words of advice document, due process and lawyer. Good luck.

School provides very limited resources to students with disabilities. Disciplinary issues are not addressed until out of hand.

I love this school, the staff and parent involvment is phenomenal! There is a lot of parent volunteers, which really shows the children how important their education is to everyone around them.

Overall, I am happy with Cedar Lane. The only occurences that I was concerned with was when I felt they did not handle discipline issues fairly or appropriately, or when there was not effective communication from the teacher. Both of which can be resolved if you are an active, involved and persistent parent. I feel that the quality of the education is excellent and I will be sending my other children to Cedar Lane.
