AMMS is a great school and well some students are nice and some are not but overall the teachers are nice

AMMS Is a great overall school. I love the band prgram(i am in it) the administration is really good but I thiink that they can do better. I like the fact that you can get a head start on your credits from some of the middle school classes.

We do not like this school at all. Teachers are not properly trained in the fields they teach. If we knew more about this school when we moved to the area we would never have moved here. The principal is a sneak!

I don't like this school at all we have children in the school and can't wait for the new school to open. The administrated staff is so 2 faced they don't know which side they are on. They are only looking out for themselves and not the students. Most of the teachers are very nice but they are treated like dirt from the Admin. staff. Some of the other teachers could care less about the students. OCPS needs to clean house at AMMS starting at the top!

I love AMMS. I like the looping team that they have and the teachers are great. I love the way they teach and all the extra activities the have for our children.

AMMS has highly qualified teachers. I especially like the 'looping teams' on each grade level. My child has greatly benefited from this experience!

Every child has a place at Apopka Middle. The teachers do an excellent job with the core subjects. In addition there are other programs like chorus, band, art, sports (soccer, basketball, volleyball and track/field, agriculture. There's a free after school program plus other after school clubs where students can participate, i.e.,drama, dance, guitar, chess. There are clubs like FFA (Fl Farmers of America), SGA, NJHS. The PTA is very involved, parents help teachers and students in many areas.

Well, what can I say this school needs an over haul. It is overcrowded and the teachers seem to be trying but they need more help and funding and another 2 middle schools to help overcrowding!

The Academics at Apopka are great, especially since they split up advanced and regular classes so the children can learn at their own speed. The sports are great,and the chorus and band programs are wonderful.
