This school has been a excellent school thanks to the teachers. Now we have a DICTATOR as a principal (Barbara Rothman) and our teacher are very UNHAPPY.

We have an outstanding school at Forest Hills Elementary. In addition, our new principal, Barbara Rothman, is continuing our cohort efforts to allow each and every child to be recognized as an individual. We are looking forward to a year of high academic achievement along with many smiles from our wonderful children!

The end of the year was great. There was an acting principal who wanted the children and teachers to be happy. It was so nice after the way the real principal kept everyone so tense. Too bad the school can't keep the acting principal.

My child is not happy here, most of the teacher's are great but there are too many rules. The staff seems sad. The principal is not very nice, and does not do anything to make school fun, it's just all about fcat testing and test scores. My older child who went to school there a few years ago was much happier there than my younger child. I am thinking about putting my child in private school or transferring to another school next year.

I am in the 5th grade at this school and have been there all my life. It is such a great school! My teacher is so fun and loves to be funny with all of us. I will never forget all of my teachers even when I am in college because they are so dedicated into teaching us and maybe even squeezing in a little bit of fun. Any day at Forest Hills Elementary is a day that I will always treasure forever.

Forest Hills is dedicated to the education and welfare of each and every student that comes through their doors. The school communicates with parents to ensure their is a school to home connection. They have been an "A" school for 7 consecutive years. Under new administration the school continues to put children first!
