This has to be the worst elementary school I have ever seen. I couldn't get my daughter out of there fast enough. The principal does not return calls from concerned parents until you call the superintendent. I highly recommend Pinewoods.
This school is top-notch. The administration is excellent, the core knowledge cirriculum unique and interesting for students. The emphasis on reading and writing enables these students to read well above grade level and ENJOY it! Highly recommended (if you can get in)
I worked as a volunteer at Three Oaks this past year and the teachers and support staff teach their students to learn in a friendly environment. When a child needs to be disciplined it is done in a positive manner and getting the point across. They practice the character traits that they learn each month. I believe this to be a great school.
Three Oaks is a wonderful school. The teachers are exceptional and the parent invovement is great. The afterschool program is the best around. The school even offers a summer rec program that is very active and well planned out. I have researched a lot of the areas schools and I think Three oaks is the best.
I have 2 students at Three Oaks. The school has a unique curriculum called Core Knowledge that really challenges and keeps the interest of the students. They have several special programs for students, including news crew, choir, patrols, junior ambassadors, track and more. The Parent teacher association is very well attended and very active. I highly recommend Three Oaks Elementary. They have a wonderful staff of teachers and assistants that are very professional and loving!
It is a tightly run school. Expectations are high and the teacher was very supportive. The administration is willing to listen to your concerns.
This is a great elementary school in a very nice area. The teachers really care about the learning of their students and the parents are very involved. The playground is very small, so for Kindergarteners and 1st graders you could see that as a downfall. But the teachers and staff are very good and if you are pro-uniform this school is great.
This is a great school with great teachers and staff. My children really enjoyed the time that they spent there. In a great neighborhood with great kids.
I have had children in this school for 8 years now and I still think it is the best there is. I have seen many teachers come and go as well as principles and vice priciples. They are always striving to make the best for the kids. The staff is great, even the ganitors and cafeteria staff take the time to get to know the kids and parents. Acedemically it can't be beat. They stick with the kids til they get it. I have 2 children that have gone to other elem. schools and was not half as pleased with them.
Very visible, accessible and responsive administration. Caring staff and high percentage of parent involvement. Discipline is good. Children are exposed to wide knowledge base through core knowledge, but emphasis remains on the basics.
