My son has part of the Lake Forrest family for the past seven years. We couldn't ask for a better academic environment that continues to challenge him everyday. They have truly individualized his educational experience allowing him to take classes four year ahead of his current 1st grade class, thus continuing to challenge him academically yet meeting his social emotional needs of maintaining his friendship with his 1st grade classmates. Lake Forrest is truly more than a school it is a family of nurturing staff, teachers, families and students. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a school that focuses on excellence without extravagance.

I have worked at LFPS for 6 years and I absolutely love coming to work every day. Not too many people can say that about their job! I love the diversity of the children and families that make up our school. We offer so many opportunities for the children to learn academically, socially, and emotionally. From an educator's standpoint this school is the whole package! Come check us out!

My son has attended LFPS for 6 years. I am thrilled by the growth of the school in both culture and educational opportunities. My son comes home each day challenged and excited to share what he has learned. The admin staff has a VERY open door policy and always address issues directly. My son told me LFP is his family. He is loved there and he learns there, just like HOME!

Lake Forrest Preparatory School has been amazing for our two sons. They are becoming such well rounded individuals with a thirst for learning. Couldn't be happier with the school or the teachers. They are the best!

My son is a former student at Lake Forrest. I have nothing but good things for to say about this schools. My son is way more advanced than other children his age, I give the staff and teachers all the credit, I definately trust my son's education with them.

This is the school that you dreamed of for your children. I wouldn't trust any other school with my children each day. It has the whole package: an excellent staff, genuine communication, strong academics, and a family environment. Everyone is so friendly and it's like a big family. We feel fortunate to be part of Lake Forrest Prep.

This school has not been as advertised I feel mislead, Can't wait to change schools this year the teachers are just OK but the principal is a joke. Most of the parents and their children are snobby brats. One example: The teachers get Coach purses during christmas time which the parents are asked to pay for. Give me a break!

I have worked at Lake Forrest Prep for over a year now as a substitute teacher. It is, by far, the best school I have ever subbed at -- private or public. The staff is amazing. They are all understanding, support, open, dedicated, and willing to help out no matter the reason. The teachers care about their students and are willing to go that extra mile to help them.

I researched many private schools in an effort to find a school that would allow my son to work ahead of his grade level and none but Lake Forrest were open to this. He is now in the third grade but takes his math and reading classes with the fifth grade so that he is working at a level that is comfortable for him. He is not being stifled like he was in public school. I highly recommend this school.
