I am not usually one to write online reviews. Due to the nature of the importance of our childrens education it is therefore warranted. I felt that the charter school would be different due to its affiliation with Miami Dade Public Schools. Wow, was I wrong. Our child attended this school for kindergarten and 1st grade, passed with straight A's and B's. On the 3rd week of school we pulled her out and enrolled her in a charter school with A+ rating and winner of the Blue Ribbon Award. The very best choice we ever made. I was appalled by the teachers pronunciation of words that they were trying to show the child how to pronounce. We are speaking phonics and if the teacher can pronounce the word well then the child sure can't read or spell it for that matter. There was no curriculum and sometimes no homework for a week due not getting time at the copier. If the teachers can give us this kind of excuse what do you expect from the children. My child's behavior has improved three fold and she is already doing much better reading, writing and her overall focus. There is many other charter schools in the area. Do your research these children are the future of the United States of America.

WATCH OUT PARENTS!!!!, very poor curriculum, teachers don't have enough English and none one has passed the board of education required in public school, they are not certified teachers..poor resources and security is minimal .... you never see on television an incident in the schools ..... and occur every day ... but nobody notices because they handled internally as .... in communism .... if a teacher makes a complaint is dismissed the next day ... Parents, please inquire before making a decision!, the public school system has a superintendent, a board and millions of people that regulate the development of our children ... Lincoln Marti Schools is a big fraud.
