When I went there as a kid, I had the time of my life. The staff are like family, and they remember me even after six years have passed! The librarian, Ms. Lopez taught me the joys of books, the art teacher Ms.Boone taught me the value of creativity and nurtured my artistic ability, and the rest of the teachers fed me the tools necessary for my success.I owe them everything, even the cafeteria's Lily (i love you!). She was great, and so was the administration, always supportive and helpful. They truly are the best.

My son was in a Catholic school and the experience was not pleasant. contrats, in EKB everything has been great. Miss Castillo, in Kindergarten, is exceptional. Education is very high and the treatment of parents and students is great. I am happy and glad to have found EKB.

Great school, our son started KG recently with Ms. Alvarez. Morning drop off routine easy, in and out. School has more than one entrance and parking is not a big issue. Kids seems happy throughout the school. After school program well organized. We're happy and our son is too, so far!

After having had two children gone through this school, I would sincerely say with the quality of teachers and peaceful atmosphere you could accomplish the best for your child. The only negatives would be what is maybe a way of life everywhere, that if you are part of the discovery(booster club), pta, or when you get to the end, the 5th grade graduation click, you may be able to participate, or have some preferences over other parents.

Amazing school. my comments from 5-8-09 were missing the rating. I give it 5 stars all the way.

I took my child from a private school environment to this school and my daughter's life was changed for the better. She became more open and expressive than she was ever allowed to be in private school. Academically excelled beyond any expectation.

My daughter has been in Beckham since Pre-K and graduates this year. Words cannot express how I feel about the entire staff at Beckham. I am eternally grateful. Everyone is dedicated and caring. It feels like a close knit family - everything a parent wants for their child. The Diskovery program is absolutely wonderful as are all of the other teachers. My daughter has excelled due to the dedication and attention she has received at Beckham. It is with a very heavy heart that I say goodbye to the wonderful staff at Beckham. This is one experience we will never forget. I highly recommend this school to everyone! THANK YOU!

I am a new parent to this whole school system and even though I had my share of reluctant feelings about public schools, I was greeted by everyone I came in contact with at the school with only positive things to say about Ethel Koger. I was told I would not have to worry about my child here. It was almost as if it were a private school setting. Since school started I continue to only hear positive things about the school. I have even run into people I know that have done whatever possible to get their children into this school (when it wasn't even their district school to begin with). I am tremendously pleased with the curriculum and with how helpful the parent/communicator is. I have received responses immediately from the teacher. All in all, I believe its a blessing that my child goes to this amazing school.
