I DON'T HAVE MANY NICE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS SCHOOL. I AM VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS SCHOOL. MY CHILDREN NEEDED AFTERSCHOOL HELP AND I WAS TOLD "SORRY THERE IS NO ROOM" THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO". DURING SCHOOL THEY ALSO WERE NOT GETTING THE EDUCATION THEY NEEDED. ONE OF MY BOYS FAILED, AND MY OTHER JUST PASSED BY ONE POINT ON HIS TEST. ALL THREW THE YEAR I WAS IN TOUCH WITH THE TEACHER AND PRINCIPAL AND I WAS NEVER HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF ATTENTION MY SON WAS GETTING. I FEEL THEY LET BOTH OF THEM SLIP THREW THE CRACKS. ALTHOUGH MY 3RD GRADE TEACHER, (I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN NAME NAMES) , WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND VERY WELL EXPIERENCED. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I HAVE CHANGED THEIR SCHOOL AND AM SO FAR VERY HAPPY, AND SO ARE THEY. NOW MAYBE OTHER CHILDREN AND PARENTS HAVE BETTER EXPIERENCE, BUT I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD TIME AND I HAVE 5 CHILDREN AND NEVER WENT THREW THAT. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL, I THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE IN MANY AREAS. THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Super administration and teachers!!!! Everyone goes way above the call off duty. Main office staff could be better. My boys love it there.

My son has been a student at Tuttle for 6 years. He will be graduating this year and although he did well in school I have been extremely disappointed with the communication between the parents and principal. I, myself, have had to leave over a dozen messages and still never received a phone call back from him. That was very disappointing to me.

This school is a wonderful environment for my children. The PTO this year is very active with many great activities already. the teachers and the office staff are amazing. I like the idea that the uniforms are mandatory. It makes getting dresses for school each day a lot easier. I feel the school is very safe since you can not access any part of the buildings with out first going through the main office where you always have to show ID to get a visitors pass. I like that I can go and eat lunch with my kids any days of the week and they have a separate picnic area for the parents to have lunch with the kids. The kids have always had great teachers. Just an amazing place to have your kids go to school!

Tuttle Elementary School is the best school you will ever find. The level of acceptance of all children regardless of their nationality is inspiring. The entire Tuttle community works very hard for the best interest of all of the children. It's a great place for students to learn and grow into great citizens.

I think this school has gone downhill since my daughter began in 2004. She started there in kindergarten and I found the staff to be warm, caring and helpful. I even found a few new friends who worked there and was welcomed with open arms as a volunteer. This year, however, has been horrible. They have a new Assistant Principal who harps on everything that is done wrong and doesn't communicate well with the children. My daughter's third grade teacher isn't warm and nurturing like her teachers in the past. She isn't welcoming to parents either. My daughter has had a miserable year at Tuttle this year and I will be transferring her to Fruitville Elementary next year. I am extremely unhappy with Tutlle and would never recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful school! The feeling at this elementary school is one of warmth. The majority of the students are Hispanic and many are non-Enlish speaking. Great emphasis on inclusion. A great multi-cultural environment.

Tuttle is a good school. My daughter has been there for two years now. Uniforms are required for all children. The children have 'specials' every day. They rotate between P.E., Music, Art, and Media. They encourage parent involvement. There is a wonderful mentor program there called HOSTS. This is for children who have trouble reading and need a little extra one on one help. The staff is friendly and readily available. The school is very secure with a fence around it and the only way to enter during the day is to go through the front office and you have to speak with someone about your business there before you are allowed on campus. I don't have any complaints about this school and my daughter loves to go there.

Both my school children have gone to Tuttle for the past three years. It is a wonderful school with an excellent staff and I have never had any problems with anything. My children did attend Phillipi Shores Elementary for 6 months and I had to put them back into Tuttle the difference was tremendous. Better grades, more involvement, tutoring.I would definitely give Tuttle 5 stars!!!
