my daughter attended gaither high at first she really didnt want to, but now she doesnt want to leave and her grades started shooting sky high. she went from a d or c student to an a b student. i'm so proud of her and i thank the teachers/staff of gaither high school for making her feel more excited about school.

So far so good. We came from Overseas and Gaither seems to fit what we needed in a public school. Safe community, safe school, good teachers.
It is the best school in the world because everyone gets along here and we all have a good time. We have so much to offer in clubs, guidance, and friendship!
It is my son's first year in high school and he is happy to be going to Gaither the school administrators this year are very helpful and friendly I have always heard good things about this school.
I am having the same problem with returned phone calls or emails. What do you have to do to get someone to return a call.
This school is fine when you are attending it- but once you graduate- Good Luck getting a return phone call or email! I have been writing and asking for some information regarding a transcript for over a week now and just got an email back saying, 'Can't help with this, sorry.' Wow, very helpful! So once you graduate, don't expect them to be there or help you in any way, shape or form. They are terrible with that!
This school is the worst, most of the teachers don't care and the admistrators are just as bad. They never return phone calls, emails. IF this the best the public schools can do our children are at a tremendous disavantage.
I'm so happy my daughter attended Gaither. She was not happy moving here from Chicago at first ,but soon made some wonderful friends. She became very active with the different clubs and school activities changing her from shy and soft spoken to a very confident young women. The AP classes helped prepare her by giving her a sampling of what to expect in college. She will attend USF this fall and i can't tell you how excited we all are. Thanks Gaither!! Job Well Done!!
I LOVE the Gaither band program! It is such a good influence on the students. It is great excercise and teaches them many life-long values like responsibility and social skills. The instructor and volunteer parents and adults from other schools and parts of the state are extremely helpful. I wish I still had kids in the Gaither band so i could be a part of it all over again - send your children here and get them involved in the MARCHING COWBOYS!
