I was very amazed at the reviews I just read. Yulee Elementary has been a wonderful school for my children to attend. They learned so much. The teachers and staff were very caring. I was told about the FCAT. The school has many nights where the teachers and other staff come back on their own time to help parents understand ways to help their children with the FCAT, reading, math, writing, and science. A great school.

It was our childs first year at this school. AWEFUL !!! Stay away if you can, especially if you have a child with special needs. I have never experienced a more unpassionate, unfriendly, cold staff in our entire school life. We definetly wont be back after summer !!!!!

mrs. turner mainly picks on students if she does not like them, will call their name if they are doing something wrong and put them on the spot, very unprofessional hence why im doing it now.

My spouse is a teacher at Y.E.S. She has grown to love the school, staff and community there and while the FCAT can be a frustrating part of the Florida system this staff does a wonderful job of preserving the fun and caring that should be a part of learning.

Yulee Elementary School is a wonderful school with awsome teachers and a very loving professional staff. Free tutoring is offered to all students and parents are encouraged to stay involved in their child's education. I have researched surrounding elementary schools and Y.E.S. is where I choose my children to attend.

Hello! I do not have a child in Yulee Elementary School, but the past 2 years I have been a volunteer at this school. There are many wonderful teachers and this school has a great and loving staff. If I did have children, I would enroll them in Y.E.S. without a doubt!

This was my childs first year at a public school and in a Florida school. I didn't like the fact that no one didn't tell me that all they have to study is for the FCAT test in March. And thats akll the teachers wanted is that would get there big bonus if they received an 'A' rating. And there is no basketball teams for the boys or girls. There is no one to help you find tutoring for your child or any extra help for the parents to help. I feel that the should inform the new parents all the information about the so called 'FCAT' scores before you register your child in the public schools.
