My child attends this school and all I can say is I have never!!! I have never been to a school so many times for numberous things. From the school not knowing what bus he needed to be on to get home and leaving him alone at a emptied school to being bullied on a everyday basis. Or teachers calling to speak with me and speaking in a matter that is just "ghetto hood rat" type of speak. Please do yourself a favor and stay away or suffer the nightmare of your child crying daily, hood rat teachers calling you or witnessing kids getting jump while you are in a parent teacher assistant prinpcial meeting!!!

Bunche students have a very low morale and teachers have created an intimidating environment for learning. I can't believe we have lost such faith in our children that the staff has resorted to constant yelling, pushing the students around, and calling them names. Perhaps they should "raise the bar" and set better examples where the students can feel confident they can meet expectations of love and respect. After all, they are our future...

This school is absolutely horrible! the teachers are very unprofessional! it is just crazy at this school. I am transferring my 6th grade son to a middle school out of aps. The teachers need to realize that they are there to teach these kids! they are just trifling!

I'm a presently an 8th grade student at Bunche, and I must say that the school has changed. Both my brother and my sister attended Bunche and it was great then, but now I don't know what's going on. The principal is very strict. The rules he sets are kind of redundant. I wouldn't suggest sending your children to Bunche because the education and administration are both bad.

I have a son registered ath this school and over the past year I have seen his behavior deteriorate from a model student to sub-par. He has been acting out in school as well as out. I currently live in Virgina and am a employee at Hampton University and believe in an excellent education (in which this school has not proven to do). He's always been an excellent student prior to this school year. I have viewed this school's rating and compared it against the schools here in Virgina nd have found the test scores and their overall rating to be subpar and unacceptible. It is my sincerest hopes to withdraw my son from this school and bring him here to Virigina where I will be ensured that he is taught more efficiently.
